
Located at the birthplace of the legendary Locavore in Ubud (AKA one of Asia’s very best restaurants), Herbivore has opened its doors for a wildly different plant-based dining experience. This vegetarian takeover is brought to us by Chef Arnaud, with a strictly local ingredients-only culinary philosophy. The five- (available at lunch) and seven-course seasonal menus highlight the best of Bali’s local vegetation – think cassava pancakes served with preserved lemon and sweet carrots, alongside native tropical ingredients like soursop, candlenut and pandan, to name a few.
